Lavender has long been associated with promoting a sense of tranquillity and calm, perfect for use as part of a bedtime routine and throughout your pregnancy. 

Our essential oil is perfect for use in a home diffuser, making it an excellent scent to use as part of birth preparation and to support you during labour. 

Ingredients: Organic Lavandula Augustifolia (Lavender) oil

Directions for use: 

Diffuser: Add 3-5 drops to water in an electric diffuser or oil burner to create a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. You may need to experiment to see how many drops you personally prefer.
In the bath: add 2-3 drops to a bath for a wonderfully relaxing soak
On your pillow: add 1-2 drops to create a calming atmosphere before bed
On a handkerchief: adding 2-3 drops of essential oil to a handkerchief to breathe during labour can help calm you and act as a relaxation anchor
